Vanilla Rebalance Mod (VRM)
With VRM you can test your skills against more dangerous and aggressive enemies in single player (especially Aliens), Predators use different equipment during fights. Multiplayer was made with the League rules in mind, cheap weapons are either unavailable or changed so that they actually require some skill to use effectively. VRM also fixes certain bugs in character models and animations.
Vanilla Essential Tweaks (VET)
VET is a mod for AvP2 that focuses on fixing bugs in single player and multiplayer while preserving the original weapon balance. Where the weapons had to be modified, we did our best to keep their vanilla effectiveness. VET fixes certain animation bugs, making your attacks more accurate and consistent. It also refines hit detection, introduces new taunts & voice sets for all 8 human characters.
Advanced Combat Experience (ACE)
ACE is a multiplayer only mod that completely alters human vs. human gameplay experience.
Pick from a roster of 7 character classes with differing armor tiers and movement abilities. Test out new weapons – guns, grenades and traps (among them remote C4, smoke nades or throwing knives). ACE mod works great in team-oriented gameplay (like TDM or CTF matches) also thanks to new skins that make characters easier to distinguish.
